Summer vacation is in full swing. All over the country teens have gone into hiding as they hibernate their mornings away. The sweet smell of these Cinnamon Biscuits get our teen out of bed with a smile on her face. If it doesn't work, well then that means more for you! Cinnamon Pecan Biscuits 1 egg 3/4 c. Beat egg, add creamer and mix well. Gently add baking mix until it forms a soft dough.

Turn dough out onto a lightly floured mat and knead lightly until smooth. Roll dough out into a rectangle shape aproximatey 10 x 8 inches.

Generously brush the dough with melted butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar, then the cinnamon, and lastly the pecans.

Next, roll the dough tightly starting at the wide side. Once completely rolled gently pinch the dough along the seam to seal, and place on your mat with the seam down.

Using a large pizza cutter cut the roll into 1inch pieces and place on a baking sheet lined with a silicone baking mat.
